Neurocognitive dimensions of color in educational platforms
Les couleurs jouent un rôle crucial dans la conception des sites web et des applications éducatives, influençant l’expérience de l’utilisateur, la rétention de la mémoire et l’engagement émotionnel. Cet article examine l’interaction complexe entre les couleurs et les dimensions neurolinguistiques, cognitives, neurologiques, psychologiques et sociales de l’apprentissage dans les contextes éducatifs numériques. Des études antérieures ont exploré les effets complexes de la couleur sur les réponses émotionnelles et cognitives des apprenants, mettant en lumière la nécessité de comprendre les dimensions neurocognitives de la couleur pour concevoir des supports d’apprentissage numériques efficaces et attrayants. En croisant les domaines de la perception, de l’émotion, de la mémorisation et de la cognition de la couleur, cette recherche vise à éclairer les concepteurs pédagogiques sur l’utilisation stratégique de la couleur pour améliorer l’efficacité et l’engagement dans les environnements d’apprentissage numériques. En intégrant des méthodologies expérimentales et des principes de conception basés sur la psychologie des couleurs, il est possible de créer des espaces éducatifs qui favorisent l’apprentissage et les performances académiques des élèves.
Colour plays a crucial role in the design of educational websites and applications, influencing user experience, memory retention and emotional engagement. This paper examines the complex interplay between colour and the neurolinguistic, cognitive, neurological, psychological and social dimensions of learning in digital educational contexts. Previous studies have explored the complex effects of colour on learners’ emotional and cognitive responses, highlighting the need to understand the neurocognitive dimensions of colour in order to design effective and engaging digital learning materials. By crossing the domains of colour perception, emotion, memorisation and cognition, this research aims to inform instructional designers on the strategic use of colour to improve effectiveness and engagement in digital learning environments. By integrating experimental methodologies and design principles based on colour psychology, it is possible to create educational spaces that promote student learning and academic performance.
